The simple secret that will teach you how to burn fat quickly
It is a lot simpler than most people imagine and it is directly proportional to how to build muscle quickly. I have mentioned earlier that the fastest way to burn fat is to increase your muscle mass which increases your metabolism
Ok, So what can you do in the next 30 days?
Most people do not know this but their largest muscle groups are capable of getting more done as well as build faster. When you exercise you will notice that it is much easier for you to do exercises related to your back, chest, thighs and for some people calves. You can build these up much faster than most other smaller muscles like your biceps
So to start with, if you focus more on the larger muscle groups, you can build them up and it will automatically help you burn body fat
Do keep a balance though and do alternate muscle group exercises every day. You may be able to get a lot done without doing any crunches. Just make sure to keep increasing the quantity of weights or reps. So if you do 10 reps of 3. Increase to 12, then to 15, then increase the weight a bit on the next day or vice-versa.
